Asian Wonders
Our Purpose
For my Senior Project, I wanted to explore my interests of Asian cultures and to communicate my knowledge for the public to view. After many weeks of brainstorming, I decided to create this blog that would include my experiences related to any aspect of Asian cultures. Whether it would be going to a restaurant or attending a local Asian cultural festival, I will have it all recorded on this blog. Not only that, I will also add any food recipes and tutorials that I'll find over the course of this semester long project.
We are both so excited to do this project and hope that you guys will enjoy this journey with us too!!!

2) We have been best friends since we were freshmens
3) We are absolutely fascinated about Asian cultures
Introduction
One of the main reasons why I am so interested in Asian cultures is because I am Asian myself. I'm full Filipino, however I was born and raised here in beautiful San Diego. Even though I live here in the states, I still grew up with Filipino traditions. Learning basic Tagalog and eating Filipino food are just a couple examples of what makes me who I am today. I even visited the Philippines myself when I was younger and it was an absolute amazing experience. But I know that there's still so much for me to learn about my native culture. Over the course of time, I also became interested in expanding my knowledge of other Asian cultures. Asia is such a fascinating continent and all of the countries are so diverse in their own way. I can't wait for the adventure that lays ahead of me!
